Upon receiving a request from User for disclosure of retained personal data or records pertaining to provision to a third party, Company will disclose such data without delay, except in the following cases.
・If disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of User or a third party;
・If there is a risk that disclosure may cause significant hindrance to the proper conduct of Company's business;
・If disclosure would violate laws and regulations.

[Correction of Retained Personal Data, etc.]

When Company receives a request from User for correction, addition, deletion, erasure, suspension of use, suspension of provision to a third party, etc. of retained personal data, Company responds to the request in accordance with the law after investigating and confirming that the request was made by User or his/her appropriately authorized representative, and that the request satisfies the requirements of the relevant laws.
