“Points” are required for using MOA's service. Required amounts of points differ depending on tutors.

There are two purchasing plans: “One-off Purchase” for purchasing points whenever you want and for as much as you need, or “Monthly subscription”. Please choose at your convenience.

Bulk purchase at a discount. Points will be charged automatically every month once subscribed.

  • ● Points are valid for 1 month.(From the pay day until the day before of the next pay day)
    (e.g. When subscription starts on April 10th, points expire on May 9th.)
  • ● Expired points will be invalid and cannot be returned.
  • ● Please be aware that the purchased points cannot be redeemed.
  • ● Stopping the auto-renewal needs the cancellation of the subscription.
  • ● Listed price is excluding tax.

Payment Method

Payment method can be selected from “Credit card” and “Bank transfer”.

  • ※ Bank transfer is only available for one-off purchase.

By Credit Card

  • ○ Only VISA, MASTER, JCB are available for a credit card payment.
  • ○ After the confirmation of payment, lessons can be booked right away.
  • ○ We use ROBOT PAYMENT for payment.
  • ○ For a monthly subscription, the selected amount will be charged to the credit card.
  • ※ There's no extra process for a renewal of the payment as the payment will be made automatically from the second month of subscription.
  • ※ Please complete the cancellation procedure by 2 days before the next date of receiving points.

By Bank Transfer

  • ○ Bank transfer is available only for One-off purchase.
  • ○ Please make a payment after submitting the bank transfer form indicating your selected purchasing plan.
  • ○ Lessons can be booked after the confirmation of the payment.
    (※ It might take a few days for a confirmation depending on the financial institutions.)
  • ○ Transfer fee will be paid at the customer's expense.
